About Michael Karlfeldt, N.D., PhD
Dr. Michael Karlfeldt
Dr. Michael Karlfeldt is a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath (CTN® ), Reflexologist, EFT Practitioner, NRT Practitioner, Certified Auriculotherapist, and Certified Aromatherapist with more than twenty years of clinical experience. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Dr. Karlfeldt has been practicing in Boise, Idaho since 1999.
Dr. Karlfeldt has a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (N.M.D.) degree from Central States College of Health Sciences in Ohio; a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Health (Ph.D.) degree from Clayton College of Natural Health; a Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) degree from Clayton College of Natural Health, and a Master of Science in Natural Health (M.S.) degree from Clayton College of Natural Health. In addition, he completed a two year Engineering Program at Fredrika Bremerskolan in Sweden. He has studied Philosophy, Meditation Techniques, Pali (the ancient language of Buddha), Buddhist Dharma, and Ancient Texts at the College of Buddhist Studies in Los Angeles, and has taken numerous continuing education courses to further his knowledge in the latest advancements in Naturopathy, Glycoscience, Nutrition, and Herbology.
Dr. Karlfeldt is a seasoned lecturer at universities and public and private venues in both the United States and Sweden. He has also published numerous articles in newsletters and magazines covering a wide range of diverse health topics.
Leif A. Olsson, MBA, USPTA (P1)
Leif A. Olsson
Leif Olsson is a United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) certified tennis professional, with over 30 years of experience teaching tennis to all skill levels. Currently, Mr. Olsson holds the title of Director of Tennis at Green Acres Country Club in Metairie, Louisiana. He previously served as Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach for Southeastern Louisiana University and also previously served on the New Orleans Metropolitan Area Tennis Association (NOMATA) board.
Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Mr. Olsson served in the Swedish military, leading a Special Forces unit before coming to the United States to play collegiate tennis at Southeastern Louisiana University. While at the university, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has extensive knowledge in the fields of nutrition and athletic training, is dedicated to his profession and to community service.
